Encountering Harvey Specter (portrayed by Gabriel Macht) during his time in the mailroom at the law firm where she works, Jessica sponsors his legal education due to recognizing his potential. This investment pays off significantly as Harvey joins Pearson Hardman after completing his studies and gaining experience in the District Attorney’s office.
The firm grapples with numerous challenges – and an excess of name changes – during Jessica Pearson’s time on the show, but as Season 6 concludes, she chooses to leave the firm. The character makes sporadic appearances during Season 7, albeit not as a regular cast member. ‘Pearson’ unfolds immediately after the events of Season 7 in ‘Suits.’
